There's a local brand made in Durant, OK called JC Potter's that is pretty good. They make a big deal about being "whole hog" sausage, not just snouts, ears, eyes, and assholes.

There's a sausage company down the road about 2 miles from me.  Their breakfast sausage comes in a plain white wrapper.  It's the best I've had.  Not too salty.  Not too greasy.
