I am OK with giving him a pardon on the assault 27 years ago, he has actually proven that he is regretful and has rehabilitated himself to become a productive member of society.
However, I am still waiting to figure out what a fitting punishment is for the whole "Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch" thing should be. Is the guillotine still in use anywhere? |

Either they're still dangerous and should still be behind bars or they've paid their debt to society and get to re-enter it. This half ass system we have today just sucks for all concerned from the tax payer and law enforcement to the convicted criminal.
