Not when it is dissolved in water like most drain cleaners.

When it's in water it creates a hyperthermic reaction, which I think is why it's used as a drain cleaner.

You mean dissolving it in water is exothermic?  The same thing happens when you dilute concentrated NaOH, but that's not it.  They use it because it is good at eating the gunk that typically gunks up drains.

I wouldn't even want to think of what drain cleaner would do to the inside of a car if the container were to burst

Yes, thanks.  Water and lye gets hot, water and ammonium nitrate gets cold.

Can't find any info on that products content.  Based on other sodium hydroxide / sodium hypochlorite drain cleaners I give you a 50:50 shot.

I am curious.   Do you have to fight a horde of lions and tigers and bears to get to your car?

Are somali terrorists waiting outside to take you hostage for a new head lopping video?

Drain Pro Gel

Specific gravity listed on the MSDS is 1.118

Therefore, probably somewhere around 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
