The same site also claims to sell complete firearms but makes no mention of needing to ship to a FFL.

NOTE: The manufacturer mistakenly stamped the barrels on this kit ".223 Remington". The chamber is actually 5.56 NATO and rifles completed with this kit can shoot both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. Seems legit |

They are not one of our dealers and we certainly don't export kits to China! Also the picture is extremely dated as we haven't put a kit like that out in over a year. You can get one of our kits right HERE from AIM Surplus for $399 and you get the following: 4150CV barrel, nitride treated with the extension torqued and gas port drilled after the nitride process 7075-T6 forged upper 7075-T6 Mil-spec diameter buffer tube M16 BCG with MPI marked bolt fully nitride treated.
