I'll buy a membership for three different vets that can show that they are introducing people, especially kids, especially their kids, to shooting.  I don't care if it's benchrest 22 or trap or skeet or whatever the fuck you want to call it, put one behind a 50 cal and I'll probably call you a dumbass, but you might still get a membership.  .  Kids behind guns is what we are after.  My offer stands for 11 days.

I do this at 0600 on Thursdays and Fridays.

I already have a membership, so give it to another vet.

Hmmmmm, I'm a vet....and instead of "introducing my kids" to shooting,  teach them that libtards are destroying this country.

That's a little more productive.

(Oh, I also teach them not to be libtards)

First time at the range this summer. He is 9 in this pic and did GREAT with safety while shooting the 10/22, Walther P22 and my Bushy AR. He was pretty good for his first time too. Was nervous for the AR but got the biggest shit eating grin after he fired it, wish I had a pic of that!

Any bonus points awarded for my new Noveske 2 stamper all kitted up

Nukes, What program is that and how did you get it OK'd at what looks like a school auditorium?

Here's a group of kids I taught at an Appleseed not long ago to keep the thread rolling!

Pass it on to someone else Stutz.  Like Nukes I'm already good on the membrship.

Out of respect for the thread and the OP, add another membership.  I will fund a membership likewise, same rules.  I am busy the next week, Stutz, hold me to this please?  Simple IM will do if I drop the ball.  Subscribing now though.

EDIT: Thank you vets.  I enjoy my freedom.

Cricket. He likes it a lot. Hes been asking for a scope for a year but I wanted him proficient with the iron sights first, which he pretty much is now.
No trouble operating it,loading it,cocking it.
He likes shooting the ARs too but all mine are a bit heavy for him still so he likes to just crack off a few shots with them and go back to plinking with his gun.

Thanks - been wanting to get my daughter one, though at 8 months, I've still got some time to pick one up!  She's had a 10/22 takedown since I knew she was coming, but think a Cricket or Rascal would be an easier and earlier introduction.  Every time I handle one, I want to try it as a pack gun for myself!

Sorry for the diversion from the noble thread!

My fiancee's much younger (they're 14 years apart) brother.

Introduced him via my 11.5, Mk12, and AICS'd Rem 700. Also my SR25 and HK45, but don't have pics.

ETA: I don't want a membership - as most can see by the rifles in the pictures, I'm not hurting for money. Give it to someone else.

Lomshek, this is 3p air rifle for a jrotc class. The school administrators had no problems approving it, but one assistant superintendent took several months of convincing before she would approve. We follow the CMP program, and we got all the equipment from NRA grants. CMP has a informational packet we used to explain the program including all the safety concerns. This could also be a high school sport if there are interested students.

BTW, this is the safest high school activity. No concussion, sprained ankles etc...

Few years ago, just finished assembling the rifle, 3 year old wanted to see.  Which reminds me, the day he came home from the hospital after being born, I put a marlin 22lr on his lap.
