What do you use?

I like equal parts of the stems, shallots, pine nuts, panko, and parmesan. Enough olive oil to hold it all together, and a little (good) Italian dressing on the gills and in the mixture.

I like the caps on the grill. Soy sauce, balsamic, rosemary and garlic, let 'em marinate for 10-15 minutes. Grill and baste for a few minutes.

That's my preference. Butter in the pan, lay down the mushrooms and leave them until they start getting gold around the edges. Salt 'em, stir 'em, add some heavy cream and some garlic and let it ride.

My thought too. Strap is great - nice outside finish, nice hardware & retainers, really thick. Seems to be forming to my wrist well.

My town that is composed of a grain elevator, a couple bars, a church and a gas station has a food truck that is here at least 4 days out of the week.

I need to try this one out. I drive right past it every night on my way home, but my gethomeitis is strong. It must be pretty good as he's always in the same spot and there's always a couple people in line when I roll past.
