Been feeling pretty weird lately. The only way to describe it is that I have Flu-like symptoms that come and go. Except I don't have body aches and I'm not puking. I felt this way several months ago and it eventually went away but I always feel run down and get headaches. I will be going to the doc in a few weeks but I simply don't have time right now.

I have headaches almost daily. Pain meds only sometimes help.

Bowel issues at random

General weakness and fatigue but sometimes my extremities feel really weak and I feel flushed like I don't have enough blood.

A very slight dizziness/unstable feeling.

Have a hard time thinking clearly/brain fog.

Random nauseous feeling that comes and goes.

About two weeks ago I had a weird feeling of tightness and throbbing pain(2 out of 10, more annoying than actual pain) down the left side of my neck that lasted for about a week. I can feel two lymph nodes on that side but they are really small.

What do you think?

How's your blood pressure?  Have you checked it?

Brain cloud.

Small chance it could be something else, so you might want to go to a doctor.

I have not. I just barely got insurance so I havent been to the doctor in about 8 years.

The only check I've had done is when donating plasma. They didn't defer me so it mustve been within range.

Many drug and grocery stores have a free blood pressure check station, usually by the pharmacy.  I would just go there and check it.

At some point in the last year you have eaten raw fish, yes you have. As a result of this you now have multiple parasites and
they have spread from your gut into your brain. Based on the symptoms that you described they have now moved from using
you as a host to feed to feeding on you.

Dips on any 22 CCI SV and any and all 5.56 ammo

Sounds like a classic case of angina. Get to the cardio doc ASAP.

blood-work can eliminate many things, thyroid, liver, kidney function and even low t
so I would see a dr and let them do this.

so many things can have the same symptoms and blood tests can narrow it down.

I have been on synthroid for low thyroid since I was 30 and have had high blood pressure
since I was 25 so there is no age limit.

Around here the fire stations also offer free BP screening.

Not enough info IMO.  Go see an internist and have them look at your meds and health history.  They're good at seeing the bigger picture and getting a diagnosis that hopefully can be treated.

I eat pretty decent and I lift weights 5 days a week. I eat fast food probably once a day though.
