Inspired by the Mauser .45ACP conversion thread. Anyone have a gun that looks like it belongs in a post apocalypse movie? Share pics. Sorry I dont have any to share, Im a zombie world bum, but maybe we can get a cool thread going anyway.

Ruger Toklat. Not my video, just something I found. I'm nowhere near this fowl mouthed.

Pretty much all Ruger revolvers and hammer fired autos as well.

Personally I think guns in the post apocalypse will quickly divide into two distinct groups. Preppers, police, military and collectors who have the nice stuff and the hundreds of shmucks who will consider a mosin Nagant a premium weapon because they will be armed mostly with unreliable, crude homemade sub guns and 22s.

Certainly we can agree that within a week of the failure of the regular police and court system weapons will become much more.... Colorful and diverse.

ARC.
It's actually an ar15 upper.
A bit more on it at the link.

I'd say my 9 1/4" over/under 12 ga. AOW qualifies:

(The FFL who built it has been out of business for almost a decade, so there's not much chance getting another one like it.)

Awesome!
Who made that? How is the regulation on that? I took an old sxs and chopped it from 24 to 18.5 and the barrels shoot two feet apart now.

Paladin Armory did the conversion. I purchased the Stoeger coach gun new in box and sent it to Paladin after it was approved as a "short barreled shotgun" on a Form 1. It's shoots incredibly tight, meaning both barrels are close to each other in pattern/on paper at 15 yards.

Tax I'm very jealous. I probably won't get anymore NFA until retirement. So I'll match you in 25 years.
