I'm thinking that if Osprey goes to a shareholder's meeting then he can (if we can agree) say he represents our total shares. Representing near 2m shares is nothing to sneeze at. At least I don't think so anyway. For what purpose? Not sure but there may come a time when a voting block of this size can have some importance.

With no win announcements, I can't imagine they would have another investors day. Plus there's nothing to try and convince the investors if this time. I doubt Sumit would want to get on the stage again for three hours and field dozens of questions about why they've missed timelines, why IR hasn't responded, why the silence, etc. Id rather they just leave the money they'd spend on the ham and cheese sandwiches and any other flair they bring that day. We may need the money at this point.
