You can see the odds for what special product is available (ER, Blanton's, EHT SB, Weller SR). 1 per customer (resets every 90 days).

Also: Traveller Whiskey (New in 2024!), Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Sazerac Rye, Wheatley Vodka, and Bourbon Cream are also shown as available.

Thanks. I’ll be leaving from Nashville, so I’ll try to get there when the gift shop opens.

The line moves quick, moreso on weekdays. My wife stopped for me on her way back from Wisconsin the other week.

Been a year since I've been, but they usually keep regular BT on the gift shop shelf, and sometimes Sazrac.  Anything else, they release one other product a day on a limited door buster deal.  You better be there an hour or more before open to wait in line for that.

This website tracks the daily release, and predicts what the next day will be based on past rotations: https://buffalotracedaily.com/

Not bad, not bad, I like 1910 and 1920 a tad better.  This one is an easy drinker though!

One of each that's on the shelf per person, but with the stuff above entry tier, they only put one product out per day.

Find the Barrel Select of the high rye bourbon, @50 and better than most of the high end stuff out there. One of my favorites

The idea of good bourbon has appealed to me for quite a while, but I just couldn't get past the burn, even on fairly low proof stuff.  I guess all of the high ABV beer I've been drinking has increased my tolerance and I'm finally really enjoying the one bottle I have, which is Four Roses Small Batch.

The Four Roses has a sweetness to me and I really like that.  I really like vanilla in my beers (barrel aged stouts) so what are some decent, not-to-expensive bourbons that are sweet and possibly have some strong vanilla notes?

Ancient Ancient Age was one of the sweeter bourbons that I've had lately.

One of the reasons people seek out wheated bourbons is because they tend to be sweeter (but not cloying), and milder feeling even at higher proof.  Try a few of them.  I'm really fond of Rebel (Yell).  You'll find it on the bottom shelf, but it hits much higher.

Thanks to everyone who has commented!

I'm making a list, as my Four Roses bottle is almost empty.

I've had Basil Haydn but it was all consumed as Old Fashioneds, so didn't get a sense of it's flavor as a sipper.

Look for Bowman Brothers too if you’re having trouble finding regular BT. Same juice, just aged in VA instead of KY. Cheaper in my area and much more readily available.

It's important to point out that Traveler is a blend, and rumored to be mostly made up of Canadian whisky.  About the only involvement BT had was their distiller oversaw the blend process, but conceivably pulled whisky from any of the Sazerac company's distilleries.

That said, it's a decent product, especially considering it's a "celebrity" whisky.

It is foolish and wrong to mourn bottles that are empty. Rather we should thank God that such bottles were drank.

Ah, thanks. Although I prefer a bite and my regular has been Knob Creek for a couple years, I have a fondness for Buffalo. I may get a bottle next week and give it a taste.

Well, I am no fan of Chris Stapleton. He is politically a pile of shit and I struggle with buying a bottle but as I said above, I'm going to give it a go. I should add that I also am not a fan of Canadian Whisky so this may be a waste of $40.00

Relatively newbie here, about a year in with whiskey.
I just picked up a bottle of old grandad 114 (replacement) and Benchmark full proof (1st time).
My idea with the full proof is a snappy mixer.
Let the games begin.

Interesting, I am absolutely no fan of high rye. I don't mix my whisky and just prefer a weated mash but, I'll give it a go. Thanks!

Well, the Benchmark full proof didn't go as planned.
I admit I tried to cheap out, looking for a high proof without the expense. And I thought being a mixer it would hide the bourbons short comings. But it didn't, so lesson learned.

This may sound trashy but, I would've purchased every bottle of the Eagle Rare. It's a fun activity when the Idaho State Liquor Division release 3 bottles for the entire state to get a fucking email 2 weeks after the fact, line up for 7 miles on a dirt road in a blizzard just to be disappointed and go home empty handed.

We go up there for work every once on a while. Our crew was eating dinner, and I noticed what looked like some premium booze, so I walked up to get a better look. The lady at the bar asked if I wanted anything, and I asked about prices. She went off of memory and gave the EHT BP price for the Warehouse C, and I said I'd have a shot for 60 bucks, but then she checked the price list and it was 300 so I said no thanks.

After reading the recommendations in the last page or so, and watching a lot of Brewzle videos, I'm going to try and find a bottle of Buffalo Trace.

Yeah, I get it.  I went back today and of course, as expected, it was all gone.  The demographics here have changed considerably so this Costco has shifted their purchasing more to Scotch, Indian whiskey, Japanese whiskey and tequila/mescal.  The bourbon choices are getting fewer and fewer but we do still get it.

Now your just mocking me with the BT. I've never seen that much in one store. In fact, we are still hit and miss with it in my only local store. I have to pick it up when I'm in NV and we are 32.00 a liter.
