How come every time there is a shooting, they want to take away the guns from the people who didn't do it?

Yep, there will be more. There is a lot of data coming back on various systems vs. Russian frontline equipment and countermeasures. It certainly helps us make better gear for the future. |

Yep, there will be more. I'll bet that a lot of cross-talk took place, and is still taking place between Fort Sill and all the folks they trained from the Ukrainian Army. As the "one-stop-shop" for most things Artillery (both Field and Air Defense type), there is a stunning amount of information from all around the world that is constantly flowing into and floating through Snow Hall, Knox Hall and I-See-Oh Hall. |

In calling Sullivan and his confederates "midwits", I fear he may be giving them too much credit. I grieve for my country when the British and French have to talk sense to our leadership. |

Bottom Line ATACMS is not a miracle weapon that ends the war, but it does deprive Russian fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft of any secure base area within 160 miles of the front line. If the unitary warhead ATACMS are released, the Kerch Strait Bridge and every railway bridge in Occupied Ukraine will be as good as gone. Transferring ATACMS to Ukraine marks a catastrophic defeat for the Ukraine policy championed by Jake Sullivan for the last two years. The strategy of timidity and giving Putin "off ramps" seems to have been replaced by the policy favored by France, Poland, and most of Europe of bringing this war to an acceptable close. |

View Quote Yup. The Ukrainians are going to have to claw back every inch of land that they lost. There will be a lot of blood if they want to take back what is theirs. I wonder if the will to trade lives is there to get the job fully done. The renewed support of the US will hopefully give them enough tools to make it possible. |

As the saying goes, "America will do the right thing.. after its exhausted all other options". This stuff should've been done years ago when the blank checks were given and the Russians were in retreat. The mistake I'm seeing made in real time right now is the continued lack of OPSEC surrounding these aid packages i.e. what's in them and the timelines associated. From what I can tell it's being done not for "strategic messaging" but again for "muh escalation fears". Now every single Russian unit has been tipped off and in particular the S300/400 operators that need to be badly destroyed for any chance for Ukraine to quickly end this war. |
