Its not even October 10th yet..
I dumped NHL network when they went in all in calling a guy like me racist over and over and over and over again..they just couldn't stop with the BLM shit. If a game is on something, I will watch. Not given the N or its network any additional money. And yes, the USA Hockey has a long history of either saying how hockey has always been for everyone or how hockey needs to change to be for everyone. Id like to see goal 895. |

NHL Network has got nothing on TSN and whatever the other Canadian channel is called. The woke shenanigans are painful.
I really miss NHL TV, especially since it didn't need a VPN like ESPN+. |

Watching the Blackhawk Pens game now. Bedard took the opening puck drop and the ref welcomed him to the NHL. I thought that was pretty cool of him.

I'm watching the Blackhawks/Penguins game. I was wondering if Bedard would fall flat on his face but he's playing a pretty good game. His first shift was a power play and he looked a bit apprehensive but he did get a good slap shot off The following shifts I think his nervousness left and he's grinding pretty good. 6 minutes played first period, 3 shots on goal.

In an unrelated question to you Hockey fans: Do you agree with the tradition in Nashville where the fans heckle the opposing goalie after a Preds goal? Specifically, the chant of "You SUCK?" Fans pay to attend and can say whatever they want, however, I think it is trashy. What sez you? |

After a goal is scored on the visitor, there's a "its all your fault" while pointing to the other team's goalie. There's also a "(insert goalie name x3), you suck" that is said too. |

We had one at a local game with the last name “Fey”. I called him Tina all game long

Let's go VGK! Didn't see this thread until now. Been flying out to Vegas every year to catch a few games and it's always a great time. Was able to go to game 5 where they won it all and it was amazing.

The wings looked great in the first period then the penalties started coming and the Devils capitalized on them.
Kevin Weekes was one of the announcers and I wanted to reach through the tv and strangle him. I thought Troy Aikman and Joe Buck were bad but this guy takes the cake. |

Yeah first period the ice seemed slanted a bit, but the Devils remembered they’re a good team in the second … but the Wings didn’t play badly. The first time out of the gate in a real game with so many new players and they only lost by one. I think they’ll gel and adjust. Next big test: a still-good Tampa Bay team. Ugh.
