I quit smoking about 5 years ago. The ONLY time that I miss it is on a cold day. Sitting in a tree stand.
Now when I am at the store, and I smell the stale stink on someone. It about makes me want to puke. |

I do think the process of deep breathing helps relax and possibly stimulate the brain. If people did that several times a day I think they would see a benefit but humans need an addictive component to a behavior to get them to execute that behavior regularly. |
