I made a spreadsheet for the 2023 pushup thread. I'll be doing the same for this year, just makes it a lot easier to manage.

I got a 50 from the geologist for pretty cheap when I passed through Kingman from Cola FO. I think $35.  Carried it around the cul de sac a few times.

Sorry, the snip is super low res for some reason.

From left to right it's Date, Pushup count, Year to date pushup count, and Par.

Par is just the for the goal line on the chart that's not shown in that snip.

Dude, my plan is 25 on 4 days a week to get 100.  Still have 15 to do before bed.  Assuming nothing gets damaged, I'll increase in a couple of weeks.  You're doing fine in my book.

Fuck it I'm in.
I do them regularly anyway, I usually get 300+ a week, I'll go for 500/week.
I'm running 3 days a week for a few weeks, so this will dovetail nicely to keep the fitness together through these dark winter months.

Got 200 today

1x20
1x30

125 today
Now getting ready for a 3-4 mile walk

ETA...

Wound up going 4.26 miles and came home and did 20 more push-ups.

As for cardio, not as high as I'd get when I run, but not bad for walking...

The sheer number of us who are stepping into this venture is encouraging.

Plus the results everyone is achieving is PDG.

I'll be back in the gym tomorrow, for leg day.
