So ready for the season to start at our house!!!! I got to talk with Wickens outside of the tower at Road Atlanta last year after the Petit. Super nice guy to talk with and they were obviously pumped with how things went. It was hilarious how not many people just walked by not recognizing him. I mean really? How many guys in a wheelchair at a racetrack wearing a driving suit?!?!?!

Watched an old guy collapse at the Stella Artois booth already so this Thursday is shaping up to be exciting
The Miatas were making buzzing sounds around the track earlier but we were in on the Tram and right back out to grab groceries after beer and $17 burgers so no pics of them. I've got a video of the historics coming in to the infield gallery area but don't have a way to post it currently. All my posting will be accompanied by pictures from here on out. |

Front wheels start coming off the ground half way between the apex and the exit when the heat is on. |

Three wide through the esses? Don't mind if I do! |

In for the race. I can't believe I didn't see the thread. I knew it had to be on here, so I searched.

They were talking on XM channel 90 one day this week about how the NASCAR guys back in the day would try to get a ride in these races. It gave them a chance to hone up on their road course skills since they didn't have the number of races they do today.

It's ALWAYS like that a DIS.
No cell towers at the airport on one side, Grandstand blocks the signal on the other. Plus the infield is the lowest part of the complex, which doesn't help much. |

Are these VPNs free? How does that work? I would love anything other than the Peacock announcers this year. The Radio IMSA guys are great, but I can't stand not seeing the same picture they're looking at while they're announcing.

View Quote There may be some free ones out there, but they could come bundled with some sketchy malware, so I'd be cautious with that. Maybe someone else knows of a good one? Of course, this assumes you're watching on a computer, or connecting a computer to your TV. Nord may have an app for GoogleTV/AppleTV as well, if that's what you're using, but I don't know that for sure. |
