I don’t like it. However the democrats are in full fucking control of it all.  Trump isn’t going to miracle himself into greatness.

The reality is he is getting fucked harder than any “Republican” has even been fucked. He’s going to lose so hard in November. The GOP are surrendering seats left and right. It’s going to be a bloodbath for 4 years. Trump will die eventually and then you guys won’t have anyone left to save you.

In fairness, you're the one who brought up family values.  If you want to say people should vote Trump because the country ran better when he was president, or that his Supreme Court picks would be better than Biden, that would be a good argument.  If you want to persuade people that Trump is a decent family man, a Christian, or a supporter of the Constitution, that's pretty laughable.

The thing that is nice about career politicians is that they generally aren't absolute scumbags in their personal lives, cause they know it'll turn off voters.  Also, when they lose they generally go away, they don't stick around for a decade with their fanatical fanbase holding a party hostage and claiming that they actually won and everything is a conspiracy and everyone is cheating them.  Also, since they are politicians, people treat them as such, not as messiah figures.  So when they gain office and completely fuck everything up, like Trump has done, they are held accountable.

If any career politician did what Trump has done, he'd have zero supporters.  Absolutely none.

So you’re saying he didn’t sleep with Stormy and then pay her to keep quiet?

You do realize the attorney that he had organize this was raided, a ton of evidence found, and then plead GUILTY to the situation, went to prison, and was then abandoned by Trump because he admitted to everything, right? And he now openly admits this is exactly what happened.

Trump pardoned so many scumbags, but left his “fixer” to rot in prison because he turned on Trump and admitted to what happened.

I am now, but it’s not for any reason the typical Trump fan is behind him. It has nothing to do with his policies (“meh” to “ok” at best), personality (), or ideology ()

I’ll just leave it at that.

I believe lots of things that doesn't support Trump. I believe he promotes himself too much and needs to be a bit more humble but we all need to work on ourselves.

I'm unified against the commie left.

Trump is going to stop the invasion.

Trump is going to move to stop the grooming of children.

Trump's RNC is moving to start ballot harvesting operations.

Trump is going to lift the orders blocking energy production.

Trump will nominate judges that aren't commies.

Trump will probably stop sending our money overseas and push for a end to the Ukraine war.

Trump will defund the IRS bullshit.

A second term of Trump will drive the commie left into bizarro world levels of insanity.  *my favorite

The trade offs are..

Trump might sell us out on gun control. Trump will probably sign a bloated budget. Trump will also unleash a bunch of mega gaffes that the media will call racist, bigoted, and homophobic.  Trump probably won't be able to destroy the deep state.

Even with those trade offs, Trump is still light years better than Potato Joe.

He was friends with Epstein and he’s on his flight logs numerous times. Just like Bill Clinton.

He also owned Miss USA pageant and walked in on teenagers while changing. And cheated on his wives. And takes about how he wants to bang his own daughter. And pardoned child rapists. You’re deranged if you think he’s going to do a single thing on your list.

I'm middle class and got a tax cut. Higher income people pay a disproportionate of income taxes and should get theirs reduced. The tax cuts resulted in economic growth, made the "pie" bigger and resulted in increased tax revenue. Unfortunately, Congress' and the Orange Man's spending outpaced the increase bigly.

Other than that, you're pretty much correct. Class warfare and economic illiteracy need to leave this site.

Trump doesn’t follow the constitution. He did what the democrats couldn’t.  He destroyed their opposition.  Great “solution”…

So you’re saying I should judge Trump on his:
Repeated infidelity
his constant lying
his relationship with Epstein
his habitual stealing
his numerous bankruptcies and failings as a business owner
his grifting
his numerous suits against fraudulent business practices (Trump U anyone?)
the fact that he’s a rapist and habitual sexual assaulter
his attempted insurrection
his treasonous acts of selling American secrets to the Saudis and to Russia (remember all our spies being killed immediately after his meeting with Putin?)
his banning of bump stocks
His reduction of taxes for the rich and leaving Lowe and middle classes out to dry
His “draining of the swamp” where he just hired his own swamp
His government funding of the Covid vaccines
His failing to properly handle COVID in any way shape or form
His trillions of dollars in handouts during COVID
His removal of the oversight committee for small business l“loans”/handouts so that his swamp of millionaires and billionaires had first dibs on these “loans” that were never paid back instead of hardworking families
His pardoning of numerous felons simply because they gave him money and swore their allegiance to him
His quid pro quo dealings with foreign governments
His cozying up to literally every dictator on the planet while killing democracy at home
His marrying of an immigrant here on an Einstein Visa (you know, for her exceptional skills), then moving her parents here and getting them citizenship which is the exact process he’s ranting against

And let’s see if you can recognize how bad these actions are…

His worship of money and power instead of God (he can’t even recite a single verse from the Chinese bibles he’s grifting)
His promotion of people idolizing him
His false promotion that he is doing the Lord’s work in the name of the Lord
His lack of presence in church on Sundays (or any day for that matter)
His lack of respect for his parents
His staggering death toll of people who died to his incompetence during Covid and the spies who died due to his relationship with a foreign enemy
His constant infidelity
His theft of wages, refusal to pay workers, constant grifting
His constant lying
He literally slept with a porn star while married. She may not have been someone else’s wife, but you get the idea here

You mean those kinds of actions?

All true.  But Let’s also not forget that federal deficit spending directly affects(pumps) private industry/markets.

Regardless of the mans faults if your not voting for him this election your voting for four more years of the Biden administration.

The country can't take four more years of this

You’ve been shown, again and again, how false this is, through Trump’s one words and actions.  That you continue to repeat stuff like this says you’re some combination of:

1. Incredibly stupid
2. Incredibly gullible
3. Incredibly dishonest

So which is it?

That you continue to shill for that shitbag tells me you sacrificed your principles long long ago.

Unquestionably supporting people who shit on you and your values is what emotionally unstable beaten wives do.

Of course. It causes inflation. That spending was happening regardless.

You mean Americans who want redistribution, deficit spending, antis appointed to direct federal LEAs and maybe an AWB?   If so, Trump certainly is your guy.

Sadly, there isn't a worthy candidate. Not voting is a vote to the other side, imo.

But awhile ago I began to view the POTUS as more of a figurehead. The senior staff run the gov't, not the President. How else could a guy with 1.5 years in the US Senate begin to think they have what it takes to become a president?

That's like someone working for Bank of America as a call center rep, then managing the call center and after 10 years, is appointed head of the entire Bank of America.

I've always viewed the government as public service and a sacrifice, not a career, and that's where too many people end up. Term limits should be a thing. Not as restrictive as a President's 2-term, but something along the lines of 20-30 years, max.

While I'll probably vote Trump, its more for the undercard. RFK Jr. is a non-starter with his VP choice. Biden is literally inept as a leader. As someone who had a grandfather suffer through Alzheimer's, it's obvious Biden has a serious mental issue. Kamala isn't an improvement. If only you could be unencumbered by what has been.

So it comes down to Trump's VP choice. Which people are running amok with. Tulsi can't be it, unless she clarifies all her positions and owns why she flipped on some (if she does). Vivek maybe; with the RNC shakeup, maybe that's his way back in.

The infighting among candidates was horrible to see. You can't insult the competitors and expect them to come to your administration if you win.

My hot take on the best action the GOP could do: Trump & Noem. Trump steps down after about 2 years (saying something like "no one should be president at my age, it's time to retire"), makes Noem the President. DeSantis is done in FL and is the new VP. Or, if DeSantis has crashed in the two years, whomever is the rising star of the GOP that's not possibly insane.

I haven't sacrificed any principle of mine voting for some presidential candidate.

Absurd.

yep definitely part of his issues (ego, red flag law support, 2A, etc.etc); 2016 still best choice at the time; 2020 still best choice at the time.
GOP did it to themselves; they could have found better candidates but keep insisting on someone from the swamp. That's one reason DJT won. You can't blame it on one man though.
"It's a big club and we're not in it."
The country deserves better; literally anybody else than what is being submitted for the "election".
Close your eyes and the last one resembles a Russian "election".

Of course you haven’t. Because you live in Russia and can’t vote.
