Completed my first mod to my Scorpion (replaced safety levers). That allowed me to see just how dirty it is. Plus side, the bore looks good. Minus side, I won't know for sure until I clean it. Some people can't even wash their ass...

Found an old pair of glass frames that the wife likes (she's particular about how I look). Plan is to get them a new set of lenses at the same time as I get the ones in my main work glasses replaced, so once I get my new frames with lenses back from the shop.

Got six hours of sleep last night, feels pretty good. Now I have to set about filling in a spreadsheet with costs for my doing the PE job. Everything has to be approved before it moves ahead. I had no idea there was this much shit involved in this. It even has to be done by the normal PE, when I would have thought all those costs were part and parcel of his job.

Got the Scorp torn down as far as I can without having a barrel nut socket. I doubt I'll be able to find a 10" long deep socket so will probably have to buy the one from Manticore. There's lots of crud built up in this thing. Interested to see how things feel once clean and lubed.
