The new ones are too deep dug into the side of mountains. Would need to use nuclear bunker busters to deal with them.

I don't know jack, but I would find it hard to believe that DARPA has not already solved this issue, but of course won't show our hand until it's do or die. And not with something shared or sold to allies.
