Base the pronouns on the uniform being worn. Skirt with Female hat? Pronoun is her, she, ma’am. Otherwise, they are not complying with uniform regulations.

And they think this foolishness is going to help recruiting and retention, how? They are allowing first term enlistments up to age 42, allowing retirees to come back on active duty, allowing vax refusers who were put out to come back, and they still can’t get numbers anywhere close to the goals and needs. Some folks are very slow learners. If they keep up with this foolishness and force the US military out of existence, folks are going to understand real quick what the “militia” in the Second Amendment truly means.
