It is the infusion of large sums of cash from super wealthy individuals into public services. We all know about Mark Zuckerberg buying the election offices in about 10 precincts. We know about Jeff Bezos buying the Washington Post. (Yes, the WA PO is a private business but since its the newspaper of the US capital, it is a quasi public service.) Do a little homework on David Rubenstein and the national archives. This one guy has a enormous say on how the national archives are run. Now we know the national archives were part of the documents scam. Someone needs to offer him a chance to talk about his role. |
