When you fight the system- even if you win- you lose. Embarrassing personal information will get leaked out, and there will be no accountability for the ones who did it. You will spend the rest of your life as a pariah. And even people who are supposed to be on your side will mock you on the internet for your failings.
And anybody who might think about taking action will certainly think again because they know their life will get totally screwed if they do- even if it's legal, moral, and completely justified. The most realistic option is to just build up your home and keep out of trouble as best you can. And then wait for the system to crash itself. Then hope we can rebuild. |
