Not that I'm aware, but sometimes I'm out of the loop on shit down there even though I ride my bike all the time along the strand. |

The wood is sun baked and higher up than the water. There are pipes and electric that run under the wood too. |

That aircrane carries 2650 gallons of water. At 8.33 pounds per gallon, thats just over 22,000 pounds of water if they drop it all at once.

The coast guard boat must be out of water, they quit spraying. They're gonna have to run back to base and fill up

As I posted when he replied, yeah, if you're not from here or familiar with the area it's all "San Diego" and I even tell people not familiar with the area I live in San Diego when they ask, but if you're from around here or know the area, all the cities are referred to by their names. Or the general area (oside, Carlsbad, vista, San Marcos, Esco, Fallbrook, Encinitas) will be referred to as North San Diego County. |

Don't know about now, but at one time San Diego County was very Conservative, largely due to both the .mil and ass busting yuppie types.

ABC10 is back over the fire, but I don't see a live stream yet.

Why isn’t there a fire boat there???
Park it close and pump all the ocean you freaking need onto those fires. This is NOT rocket science. ETA. Saw HDLSs post. Good for the Coasties. SDFD should have a dedicated fireboat though, or the Port Authority. Or the freaking Navy. Should be several lines on it. |
