That aircrane carries 2650 gallons of water. At 8.33 pounds per gallon, thats just over 22,000 pounds of water if they drop it all at once.

Or the general area (oside, Carlsbad, vista, San Marcos, Esco, Fallbrook, Encinitas) will be referred to as North San Diego County. |

Park it close and pump all the ocean you freaking need onto those fires. This is NOT rocket science. ETA. Saw HDLSs post. Good for the Coasties. SDFD should have a dedicated fireboat though, or the Port Authority. Or the freaking Navy. Should be several lines on it. |
