Full-auto AK conversion kit

Clicked the link to one of the advertisers here. Says no FFL is required to buy the conversion kit, each kit sells for $42-50, plus s/h. Which seems suspiciously low to me. What's the deal here?

Don't you have to pay the $200 tax stamp and get LEO permission before installing everything into your AK? Why doesn't the site include all the details? Because if this is for real, buying the kit and converting a cheap SAR-1 or something would be a much better way of getting full-auto than dropping several thousand on an already full-auto gun.

This seems way too good to be true.

You are reading words into the add that you want to be in there, No where does the add state conversion kit, it says parts kit.

These are replacement parts for the AK47 machinegun you already have.

Replacement parts for a machinegun are not regulated in any way unless they will directly fit into a semi auto gun without modification which these parts will not.

And they are cheap because they are just taken from cheapo parts kits. The rest of the guns are sold off as well. Make more money parting a kit out than selling it whole.
