There was a photo of General Schwarzkopf from when he was in Viet Nam. The photo showed him with a Para M2 with shortened barrel.
This is not the pic that shows the barrel, but you can see the carbine with stock folded. It was about the size of a Swedish K.

There was a pistol that came out for a time made by Iver Johnson. let me look around/ Called the enforcer . Looks like the guy in the pic above threaded one with a birdcage but I guess he bored it out to 30 cal. One just went on GB for 400.
