Thanks, it's my pride and joy and also my SHTF gun. I expect it to be just like my six former Colts, got started with my SP-1 back in '71, which I never had any problems with all of them. My other Colt that I have now is a Colt M16A2 upper on my Colt Match Target HBAR lower (built the lower myself using Colt parts - see pic on the middle of page 5 of this thread). |

i just picked up the eotech at the the kenner,la. gunshow. it has not been sighted in yet. thinking about a MAD buis. this is the one they will be prying from my cold lifeless fingers. i have had it for about 10 yrs. a little work done @clark's custom guns. it's going back next week for a clark hammer and oem colt commander grip safety. someday, it is going to novak's for french borders, hand matted slide, front strap, and msh. this one is my hierloom. |

just got her. When I was in NY I had 3 complete preban colts: a) sporter HBAR, b) SP1 pencil 20" 1/12, c) 9mm carbine, but sold them to NY'ers before I moved to a free state.
Was in the market for a lightweight KISS rifle, and came into a colt. she's spreban and easily 99% condition maybe 100 rounds through her. one accessory and one accesory only.... a CQB/Specter AR carbine sling: |

Very cool serial number. It's weird to see a collapsible stock and bayonet lug on a SL gun.

Here's a couple of crappy photos of my recce-ish 6721. It has a Larue lo-pro gas block, Daniel Defense 12.0 rail, Smith Vortex FH, Troy front and rear buis', ACOG TAO1NSN, KAC VFG, TD battle grip and Harris 6-9'' bipod with pod-loc.
Here is a photo without the ACOG and the buis' deployed.... I am considering fluteing (sp) underneath the gas tube to save some weight cause she is pretty heavy. |
