I think the monolithics rifles are done in batches, no idea how they do the CKs. I might be wrong but I think that most of the uppers AU was offering were take offs from complete rifles and not factory CKs. |

Both the 10.3 and 11.5 conversion kits I bought from Arms Unlimited came in blue and white boxes labeled conversion kit with factory stickers/markings stating the same thing.
They were not take offs. |

I know they do sell take off uppers, they are not usually stated in the ad as such and and it’s usually hard to figure out what exactly you are going to get from them. |

Has anyone been able to find 6940 series barrels ? I had read somewhere on ARFCOM that Brownells sold them several years ago. I have a 6940, 6943, and a 6945. I'd like to just have a 6940 barrel laying around were I to shoot out on of the upper's barrels.
I reached out to Specialized Armament on their website but never heard back. |

Are these marked on top of the barrel like other Colt rifles? If so, can you see it through the rail?

Does anybody know if the 6944 is in stock any where?
Is CZ going to continue the monolith uppers and rifles? Update; I was able to buy a 6943ck upper for $550 with the bcg. I couldn't pass it up. Now I need to F1 the lower. |

View Quote From what I have learned the 6940 series is going to be very scarce this year. There is no production currently planned for the remainder of the year. Obviously that can be changed at any time by Colt. |

Do you know if we can expect any shipments of 6943ck or 6945ck this year? I see a few 6945 uppers on Gunbroker and have considered snagging one.
