Looking for a pistol grip for big hands.  The factory grip feels like I'm holding a toy.  I was thinking about the MIAD from magpul.  Any other suggestions?

I would say the MIAD as it has the different backstraps. The largest looks huge to me, but my fit you better. YMMV

Plain old Magpul MOE rocks for larger hands. I'm 6'4", fits me great. My hands aren't small. first thing that goes on my rifles.

The CAA G27 is a nice fit for big hands. The Ergo Tac Deluxe is really fat, but IMO it's better suited for a target rifle (I have one on my LR308).

I have pretty large hands and I prefer the G27 and the large MIAD. For an analagous pistol, the Glocks 20 and 21 are a perfect fit for my hands.

MIAD, with large backstrap.  I feel the same way about the tiny A2 grip.  It's like they made it for pre-teen girls.

Ergo tactical deluxe. I tried the Magpul stuff but didnt like it. This grip fills your hand and is extremely comfortable. Its the kinda grip that makes you not want to put the gun down.

Thats another consideration as I'm left handed.  Is the Miad lefty friendly?  My local shop doesn't have one in stock at the moment so I can't try one.

I agree.  My DPMS SASS came with a target grip w/palm shelf.  The ERGO ambi Tactial Deluxe suregrip has the same dimensions and is quite comfy.

As a lefty, with big hands, I've found the MIAD w/ the biggest back strap the best fit.

.

I can palm a basket ball and I find the MIAD (w/ largest backstrap) to be perfect...

The Magpul is a big improvement over the stock pistol grip, but I like the SPR Handgrip with a Arms Tech Rite Pull Grip Adapter to give me an even better finger perch on the trigger.

I prefer the MIAD over the MOE.  The MOE feels too small.

SPR grip on my 6.8 Mk12 Mod 0 clone

My duty rifle is a RRA which came with a Hogue... Took bicycle innertube and basically added layers to the hogue. Nice comfortable non-slip grip. Won't win any prizes but it works and cost and extra 1.00 for the tube.
