Seriously - call A.R.M.S. if you want the original rails before you take these posts at face value. I've called three times in the last 2 years and just ordered parts outright that have been 'discontinued' according to ARFCOM. It took less than two weeks in both cases to get the PEQ cutout swan sleeves for both the Gen III and retro Gen II PRi fore-ends. I'm not saying they have them in-stock now... but I've never had issues getting older A.R.M.S. parts. I believe there are a few ARMS #38's for sale in the EE right now. I have shot the 55gr ballistic tips and they are nasty tho. They are nightforce ultra lite med (1" height) 30mm rings. Super nice and yes these are the lowest i can go with a 40mm obj. Should be clone spec as the nf scope come with rings like this IIRC. Twitchy its a VTAC padded sling. Apparently it's good for issued rifle clones. I like it! |

Got a question. I'm about to purchase a Leopold for my mod 0, m3 turrets seems to be the correct type for what I am going for. Should I stick with m3 or m1? Furthest I will shoot will probably be 500 yards. I kinda like the m1 but I would like to hear others opinions for each.

Hey Guys.....
I've got a leupy Vx-1 2-7 and a leupy VX-2 3-9. Can you actually get target turrets retrofitted? I don't think the VX-1 would be good as you can't feel any clicks when adjusting. But the VX-2 has clicks. I remember how you used to be able to get those stoney point target turrets and fit them onto your scope. I wish there was something like that still. |
