Wow, this is the first pre-order I've ever gotten in on.
I got the ACT on pre-order. (I'll refrain from referring to it as my "algae" trigger...) Thanks! |

Is the nickel plating the only difference in these? Are these going to be that much better than a "rack grade" trigger? Thanks, L2B

Yes, it's a huge improvement over the crappy stock trigger. Triggers are the first thing to go in all my guns. These are an awesome improvement especially for guys who have to have a milspec replacement. |

I don't expect the new triggers to be comparable, but hoped that they would be a good improvement over the stock stuff. |

Oh that's his wife. I remember him posting about this. Looks like an interesting idea.

Quick question maybe Rainier can answer.
I've been eyeballing the Mega trigger that you sell, but once I saw these coming on the matket it gave me an idea, just don't know if it can be done. Could I buy the ALG QMS and the Mega trigger, but use the mega trigger with all the other QMS parts? I like the fact of the QMS giving a smoother and sharper pull, but I also like that I can adjust the Mega triggers travel. Just don't know if I would be wasting my money. With the QMS, is it the trigger or the hammer or both that are modified? It says sear geometry has not been changed, so almost thing I would be wasting my money if I bought both. Rainier....is there anyway you can check to see if the QMS/Mega combo would work? |

The MEGA allows you to adjust all the creep and over-travel out so that setup would feel real nice! |

Quoted: Just pre-orded an ACT, cant wait to give it a try. Ditto. |

Pre-ordered an ACT earlier tonight. I can't wait... This is going in my SBR build.
|
|
Ok, Im in. Just per-ordered a QMS. This will be the first "fancy trigger" I have ever bought. Looking forward to it.

We sold the first 100 but sweet talked Amy of getting 150 more in our first batch for a total of 250.

I'd be willing to bet the trigger pulls on these are better than they are stating.....they are kind of known for that, I'll have to buy one just to make sure.

This trigger is awesome! Took it to the range last week for testing and the results were pretty impressive between 3 different shooters.

I did a quick 5-shot group tests with a standard mil-spec vs the ACT. I was shooter 1, then a SWAT and marksman friends. We were all impressed. Super smooth, clean light pull, crisp break. Great freaking trigger.

My build is finished for this year. Just waiting on the ACT to get here.

So performance / function wise, what's the $20 difference of the "hard lube" on the ACT mean to me over the QMS version?

If you'll look @ www.rainierarms.com they give an excellent explanation between the two. Search will help.

Pre-ordered an ACT trigger, can't wait to get this installed !

Alright guys you got me again I just ordered the ALG def com trigger. This is my second pre order with you guys. I am loving my ruc 16 and that has the geisselle trigger upgrade which is wonderful. This trigger is going in my SW mp 15-22. I figure its now winter and the preorder wont be killing me every day like it was for the RUC.

If I pre-order one of these and want to order some other stuff too, how does that work? Do you just wait and ship it all with the trigger? I would like to only incur one shipping charge.

I got more range time with the ACT while testing a Surefire and BattleComp brake. With either brake, the ACT trigger makes for a killer setup. Basically, compared to that last comparison image I posted, most of my rapid fire 5-shot groupings were cut in half with the help of the brakes. And after a little over a 1000 rnds, she still feels ultra smooth.

Got word from Amy that the 150 ACT triggers and 100 QMS triggers shipped and 100 more ACTs will follow next week so I think you can start seeing some of these triggers shipping towards the end of next week.
