Considering one of these for a CZ Scorpion SBR that will be primarily a range gun.  Thinking specifically of the HS403GL.

Anyone know if these are compatible with Aimpoint Micro mounts?  I have an American Defense that I'd like to use and haven't seen anything about them being set up the same. All of the Google images show them on their own proprietary mounts. Thoughts?

The one in your link uses aim-point micro mounts.

Yes, they are a perfect match with ADM micro mounts.

Thanks for the info - I was reading more about these last night after posting here, and I'm wondering if the quality of these has improved at all?  The initial reviews from otherwise experienced users online are pretty poor.

I have 2 Holosun 503c and I think they're great. They use Aimpoint mounts.

You must have missed the many reviews saying they were the schiznitz.  I bought a few to replace the Eotech 512 and 552s I had.  I now own seven, and a friend who tried mine now has two.

They hold zero.

Man.  They look great, but the waterproof failures...

From what I can tell, that's been taken care of.

What leads you to that conclusion?

From looking at a lot of reviews, few are now reporting any leakage problems.

My 503c fits perfectly in a LaRue Aimpoint micro absolute cowitness mount.

Take a look at the 503GU.
I like it much better than my previous 400 series models.

Holosuns work on the Larue QD as well:

Isn't the PA advanced micro made by Holosun? Mine has been going strong for about a year now.

Ever dunked it in water?

Somebody mentioned dunking?

But if Late Boy Scout, sootch00 and nutnfancy like it, it's good enough for me.

I heard the Holosun was made in Japan. Is this true?

I love my 503GU. I prefer it over my h1 (cosmetically of course)

I have a 403G and really like it. I use it on my main rifle and it hasn't let me down.

Just FYI.. just playing with a 3rd Holosun model now (403, 503 ACSS and now the 515).

While the sight itself is great quality with its clear glass, big feature set, and bright illumination, the issue I've found is that the proprietary mounts are bad.  They are constantly working themselves free, even with their new QD mounts.  If you can switch them out to something more proven, I would say do it.
