Forgive my ignorance but what is the flat looking laser module/device/designator (whatever) I see mounted on top of Military M4's RAS?? Are they for sale to civilians?? Source?? Price??

The Laser Devices IR Laser is much less than the PAQ or PEQ's and just as good.
