ScoeyAz, That is one SWEET build you have there !
I agree a Wooden Free-Float Fore end would be even better, but it's amazing the it is right now. |

Must say I like wood....on guns! I've seen other wood grips but from what I remember they pale in comparison.

Wrap arounds are very spendy, I think the base price for some Keith Brown wrap around grips my dad ordered for his N-frame was $200 before the checkering...
As for me, I could never justify that amount of money devoted to grips. That being said, his model 57 causes every gun collector to drool on sight. |

Brownells has full ar furniture sets in Walnut and different color lamenents for a couple hundred dollars.

Tag for future reference.
I'm building a 3 gun rifle with a wood stock and forend right now. I'm using the Boyd's stock/forend in pepper. I wish they made a matching grip, but they don't offer one. If anyone has a lead on a wood AR grip that would match, let me know.

I've been trying to find a nice blank lower so I could get a custom picture engraved onto the magwell. That lower might be perfect for it. Cheers mate! |
