The tourniquet makes for a better cheek rest too, though new out of the box they are very bright pink.

I'm not a fan of the tourniquet myself. Too bulky for me. I do use the parachord and wrap the sling around the back though.
  the sling does a good job of holding it in. Of course it can pop out easy if you use your sling, so YMMV |

I've ordered from them previously on a blue RPK sling. No problems, go to go from my experience.
