Thanks, I just tried it with a Russian sling and didn't like the way it would hang. Sucks, because I hate having the sling mounts on opposite sides.

One day I'll have a rifle to post in this thread. As of right now I just have one of the RGuns Tula kits, a Bluejack barrel and a 74U LLC receiver.

Russian Tula '86 AKS-74U. It's sporting a bluejack barrel (I'm pretty sure it was the final run of them) and it is surprisingly accurate. I was getting about 1" at 50 yards and around 2" at 100 yards with irons. I was pleasantly surprised. |

This is my favorite configuration so far. The izhmash grip is great. My first ak, built it myself, about 750rds through her. Mostly russian with just enough us parts. Getting ready to cerakote after im done running her through her paces. |
