Is it going to be pretty much impossible to replicate this weapon here in the US? This is pretty much my favorite TV show and I really dig this little shooter.

I remember when I started getting into guns and shooting back in 2003, I handled ona VZ58 in the store where I was buying my first rifle (a Century CETME). I thought it was a goofy and awkward looking mess trying to be an AK47. Now, the look and function has grown on me and I want one!

This http://www.thebangswitch.com/exclusive-cz-vz58-sbr/ was the first and only thing I've heard about it. Obviously this article is wrong that the gun is made by Czechpoint. But besides that, it's a good article.
Obviously the guns used in Strike Back are 5.56/.223 versions. |

These things are sweet. If you got desperate you could always buy the 7.62 pistol that's for sale at Czechpoint and SBR it. I know it's not the same, but might be better than nothing. Link

CzechpointUSA had said more of the 5.56mm pistols were coming in. If you just must have an SA vz-58 in 5.56mm in the US, there is only one for sale...mine.

Strikeback. These are from some of the newer seasons. Start with season 1 (the British strikeback) and work your way up to the American strikeback.

It became my favorite TV show pretty fast. I caught the first two episodes of the first season one night (on Cinemax in the USA) and was hooked! What an action packed ending to the episodes and beginning of a series!
