[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Has anyone actually seen a factory "minus dot" connector?

I know they're unobtainium for us lowly civvies, but I wonder if there are any floating around out there.

I want one.

(For those who don't know, a minus dot is a .mil only connector that is a true 3.5lb break. The new minus connectors are 4.5lbs)

If you can get one, ill take 3. I'm pretty happy with the "minus" one I currently have but well worth an upgrade.

I saw one (installed on a gun) in an Armorer's class. The instructor showed it off like it was solid gold, and wouldn't let anyone else touch it (probably to keep it from disappearing).

I have them installed in all my Glocks, then again I live in Argentina

One thing is certain. I would never go back to factory ones, not that these are not factory. You know what I mean

They're not banned, it's just the fact that Glock refuses to sell the parts to us lowly civvies in lawyer-happy america for liability reasons.

Those of you that have gen 4 competition guns, what connector came in it? The standard "-" connector?

Mine was a blue label so it only came with a dot connector.

A combination. Part of it is liability concerns (justified or not) with a trigger lighter pull. I know Glock makes certain parts specifically for the FBI and they will not sell then to the general public.

Just the standard (-), which they changed from a 3.5lb pull to a 4.5lb pull for some odd reason I have yet to figure out.
