This thread just reminds me of how freakin' much I love my HP! If there's one 9mm to own it's the P35! I'm thinkin of sending mine out to Novak or Don Williams or Ted Yost as well.
Some great pics guys! FWIW, I also think that NO pistol looks as good in a "two-tone" finish as the P35. Rich |

When I bought that pistol, CDNN only had 6 gloss finished Hi-Powers left. I doubt they have any more, but you can certainly check. |

Pillbox,
Where did you get your FN HP-SA? I am looking for the model like yours with the lanyard loop, other wise I might choose a matte one from CDNN. |
|
|
I found it on gunbroker several months back.....the HP-SA has the option of a lanyard ring, but most US distributers just dont order it......most of the time you see them, they are contract over runs . in 2001/2002 FN made another batch for the british army..... L9A1(FN MKIII)
except for the markings mine is identical to the last batch they got. |

Those Grpis really make it look like a work of art.

My 1961 Argentine HP. I installed the sights, did the action work and sent it to Bob Cogan for hard chrome. This may be the most accurate centerfire pistol I own. John Cape Canaveral |

Great pics! I'm glad my Hi Power arrived before I read this thread. I couldn't have stood it. I've enjoyed several trips to the range with it, but due to the weather haven't been in 3 weeks. We have sun for the next couple ot days, and I WILL have my yard work done to free up Saturday. Have my dies ready to start reloading 9mm, just looking for some Titegroup. I'm really looking forward to enjoying this pistol.
