Can't say I'm a big fan of the camo, but the forend is sweet!  How is yours?  I heard that they are kinda hit-or-miss as far as rails being in spec, etc.

I am a big fan of the camo job, nicely done!! In fact that is my favorite I have ever seen - very original! I'll trade you my plain green one for it!

My FS2000....pretty stock. Planning on a monolith arms foregrip, and a surefire. I got both an ACOG TA11 for it, and an eotech that formerly graced my SAW over in Iraq. Just haven't bought the mount yet for the ACOG.

Mind you, Im 5'5" and 140 pounds...this rifle is tiny. i wonder what a CMAG compatable version with a full auto sear would be like for a true Automatic Rifleman role. I love it.

Here's my FS2000 with a Millett DMS-1 scope installed. It's done in Tiger Stripe Products' Digital Tiger Woodland camo scheme. It was applied by Lakota Industries.

Mine for now.

Since the 5.56 is really a long range round vs a CQB round I decided to acquire a 3x EOTech magnifier with the flip-to-side option. I have to say after I zeroed it that the magnifier makes the crosshairs very sharp and I can easily hit 300m targets.

I have future plans for some other items but have to put them on hold due to purchasing an HDPS G36K SBR.

How durable and how much $? That is one of the most impressive patterns I have seen.

It's a very tough and durable finish.

It was $127 to do the stock, $26 to do the factory handguard, $26 to do the P90-style foregrip, and $26 to do each mag. Shipping was $14 by UPS Ground, but the cost of shipping depends on where you live since Lakota Industries is located in Xenia, Ohio.

Here's their web site:

Lakota Industries

You can ask them to send you a sample chart along with a price list to do various firearms with all of the available camo schemes, including all of Tiger Stripe Products' patterns, such as Digital Tiger Woodland, Digital Tiger Desert, Digital Tiger ACU, Desert Tigerstripe, Tactical Tigerstripe, and, of course, the classic Vietnam-era Original Tigerstripe.

Nice.

I just ordered my first FS2000, and I went with the tactical model. I plan on getting one more though, and it will be the standard model. Looks badass.

I was at local range recently with my brother shooting pistols and saw a guy with one of these. It was nice but to me it is hard to get good cheek weld as a left handed shooter. I have shot an AUG and a L-85 in the past and like bullpup weapons but this one feels awkward to me.

Looks similar to this!. I purchased one of these after I lost a surefire and Inova T4 on the road. Fits great in my 6p holder and is running strong 6 months later (longer than I have gone without losing a light). I might see if one will mount.

My First FN!!

Just added the Aimpoint.  It was intended for my SBR when the papers come in, but I bought the FN on a whim, shot it once and it was clear that the Iron sights and my huge noggin do not mix.  Can't wait to Zero it in the morning!!!!
