What are u running them in? AR? I made a stupid error and bought some 110's from grafs for about a dime. Said FMJ.. didnt consider RN. Was planning on doing same but nervouse about feeding. No loss either way since them will make sure cheap 30-30 rnds.

Do these function because they have a slightly more pronounced 'point' than the JRNs?

Dang. Those look great for certain fun applications. Too bad they don't work in AR. Glad the OP got his to work.

Makes me wonder if a bolt gun would be cool to use those on. Then I get back into the reality of living in a free state... SBR w/can only in TX!

I couldn't get the JRNSP 30 Carbine bullet to feed in my 300 blk. OAL 1.872.

First round went in fine, next round would jam up. I pulled 45 of these.

Glad your bullets feed Op.

I'm assuming thats why , weather looks good all next week so Mon or Tues will give the 123's a go

also waiting to give this 144 a try, got a flat base mold and will use the hitek coating on it. If it works good
I plan on ordering a 8 mold set for the auto caster when the guy gets caught up

One of the guys I work with shoots them in his AR but all his shooting is off a bench so he uses a single feed follower and plinks away

I bought a bunch of 110gr RN. I use them in my handi rifle loaded with trail boss. Stupid quiet

I worked these up from a 110gr 30 carbine and have had no feeding issues. I step loaded from 18gr up to 20gr at 0.5gr increments and all fed fine and locked the bolt back on the empty mag.

So I loaded up a few hundred at 20gr W296 and 1.845 COL and tried to sight the F3 red dot in at about 20yds. Switched to a heavier buffer to offset the hotter load since brass was landing 3 o'clock. they then went to 4-5o'clock.

The problem I had was accuracy was lousy to say the least... As the barrel would heat up the POI would move to the right and off the paper. I tightened the F3 to make sure it wasn't moving. Tried the back up iron sights too. Still all over the place.

I pulled 200 and step loaded again. Also loaded up some other 308 bullets to see if the barrel is junk or something else is going on. Haven't made it to the range yet to try them out.

Might tear down the upper, clean everything and reassemble.

I'm not giving up on the 30 carbine bullets. At $85/k it's hard to beat. Others using the same bullet in other weapons have commented on decent accuracy. Must be something I don't have right yet.
