If anyone needs anything @ me I don't check into this often. I can do any waterwell issues that's my specialty. Doing that requires lots of small and large trucks trailers trackhoes trenchers cranes generators ground mats inside and outside storage etc. I've got more stuff than I or my guys can use daily just ask worse I can say is no.

Bumpin and grindin in west Kolumbus with some rain... Meh. The flood walls have been utilized several times as a precaution, they also put them up about every 3 years as practice (and they may have practiced as a precaution to achieve desired effect), not sure water has ever touched them though |

Have chainsaws, strong back, weak mind and the day off tomorrow if anyone needs assistance. Run more than 5 gallons of premix thru the saws since the storm that started this thread, can mix more.

Thornville area here. We had ~5in of rain since Sunday night before the rain tonight. Our creek/ditch is eroding the bank pretty bad this evening. I’ll likely have to get 10 tons of rip rap to repair the bank in the short term, but I need to find a more long term solution.
Attached File I’ll try to grab some after storm pics tomorrow after the water level drops. |

I think the warm late winter, early spring soften my soil enough to not allow water to pool up during this event. Usually a storm like yesterday would have swamped my backyard. I don't have any standing water as of this morning. Odd/lucky.

Also, discovered a radar app that I think is way more feature rich than RadarScope. https://www.radaromega.com/ So far only have it as the free version for the iPhone past 2 weeks or so and I think it has WAY more features and is super customizable. It is available for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux.

I bought it for our trip to Oklahoma City last week thinking it was 10/mo and planned on canceling. We didn't have tornados in the area while we were there, but I used it last night to keep friends out there updated on their storms. The "velocity" settings will show where the tornado is, and with a loop, you can see the direction it is heading. Here are screen shots of it heading to Barnsdall then on to Bartlesville. You can also enable "Chaser" locations and view their stream inside the Radar Omega app. Clicking on the little green dots provides info on some lesser known chasers that may have channels on YT, but you need to dig for them. There is a good video giving a "radar 101" type tips as well. It explains how the radar sites "read" velocity, what the colors mean in relation to each other. Worth the time to view if your using the velocity settings. How to Read Weather Radar |

Would you like help? I see you are flying a 737 aircraft.... I can help you with burning only about 4,500 Lb an hour of fuel while waiting to be released from a hold to land after storms have passed. While you wait it will only be a charge of $3,800 per hour in only the fuel cost. Thank you for flying with us today...... |
