A long time ago a gentleman on a forum (who's contact I've lost) shortened my Benelli m1 stock and added a recoil pad.
I'm looking to do this again for my M2. Have you done this or known anyone who has! Please post up photos or a how-to (or let me know who to pay and where to send my stocks!). I prefer to do this on both my pistol grip stock and standard stock. The LOP is pretty long on Benellis. |

Kind of expensive for what you get because of shipping but Innovatac of Finland has parts for shortening an M2 stock. Shortening a stock using the kits is easy.
You can also easily shorten the Comfortech to 13 1/8 inches and use the the youth stock comfortech pad. You can also use wood and epoxy. I have done it by shaping a wood piece and marine Tex epoxy but it’s more work. It helps to have a belt or disc sander as you will probably need to shape the recoil pad. |

View Quote I reduced the LOP on my m1s90 tactical and added a limb saver pad and posted the process on this forum in 2019. Can't find that thread for some reason. The pics were on Flickr and they recently made changes so they might not show up anyway. I just downloaded the pictures of the process off Flickr and will try and post those again. It's late so I'll see if I can get some posted to this thread this weekend. I'm away on vacation with the family so I'll see what I can do with any time that's available. Here's the finished stock Attached File @Maver1ck |

Would you be willing to do this to two of my stocks if I paid you? |

Another option for a shortened M2 Pistol grip stock with a limbsaver pad is the Urbino stock from Mesa Tactical.

If they'll do it, I'll be happy to send him this to reduce the LOP by 2" (+/- without encroaching on the sling attachment). https://www.kygunco.com/product/panzer-arms-pam4tssb-dts-m4-tactical-argo-12ga-18.5-desert-tiger-stripe |

Just got it back looks great .
Probably as short as possible. With kickeez recoil pad put it at 12 3/8 Feels much better no range report but I can feel it will be easier to handle |
