I have a 16" Virtus upper that I'm considering changing to an 11.5" barrel with a permanently attached silencer. 11.5" Virtus barrels don't seem to be in stock anywhere anymore, but 11.5" Spear LT barrels are. Can I use a Spear LT barrel on my Virtus upper without changing anything else?

Sure, why not? Bolts are identical and the gas length between the two seems to be the same.
