No post processing other than resizing and ~ 20% jpeg compression. Shot with 40D in AI Servo mode, ISO 400, 6.5 fps, with the 70-200 f2.8 IS handheld @ f8 1/1000. This is a 1 second capture of a handoff in a middle school football game.

tell that fullback to get his inside arm up higher or he's going to cause a fumble
 (not to mention the fact that he's not fooling the LB with that arm position) If you're getting 1/1000 sec @ f8 with 400 ISO, you should consider shooting at 200 ISO and opening up the lens a few stops. just my $0.02 |
