I can't do everything I would like (or as well as I would like) but it can do a lot very well. It's a hell of a bike. It's a handful and I haven't even switched the mapping to hooligan mode. |

I just spooned on a couple of Shinko 705's on my '06 and the tread pattern looks like yours. I'm hearing good things about these tires as far as bang-for-the-buck goes. |

Hoppy, yup, 705's
really cheap shipped from Motorcycle Superstore. I can get them in about a day... Think I'm paying about $65 for a rear and $50 for a front? Have to go bake and check. Ready for a rear now. Really sticky on the roads. I get twice the mileage out of the front of course and get about 3k to 4k on the back... I swear we ride the same areas, I'm more north if I recall (Mt. Hood/Clackamas ara). One day we're going to be coming around a corner and see ourselves in the mirror... |

Got mine from the same place, for the same price and the same delivery time. Looking forward to riding them. (Saint Helens here). Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

First bike was a TS175, rode the piss out of it in my teens. Gave up bikes for 20 years but came back and started trail & adventure riding. Owned a bunch over the last several years, two of my favorites were my '06 TTR250 - just an unstoppable goat of a bike that does everything and never breaks.
Also had a great time on my 520exc (wearing SX shrouds). Just a grin machine with gobs of useable power. Got a lot of miles on my Strom before a couple dogs took her out, still miss that bike. We loved long rides in the country, romantic evenings in the garage, and occasionally a run to the BBQ joint, followed by some meditation in a Mexican Space Shuttle. |
