Find a picture, shrink it to 80x60 pixels and less than 12kb save it. Then go to the services tab right below the small advertisements, it will drop down. Go to photoserver, log in. Click where it says avatar/sig pic, then click browse. Find the picture, double click on it. Then hit upload and save. Then come back here and test it.

Not a problem, and if you need me to I'll shrink a picture for you. All I have is paint, but it does work, though sometimes it will affect the colors of the photo but not always. Just email me the picture if you need me to shrink it.
