www.vpc.org/press/0408uzi.htm You guys rule!!!! (Spelling error korrectified) |

I've been thinking of buying some AR 15 furniture...is it better to go direct or through Coalcreek or similar? Anythoughts?
Sweet.
Hey! They forgot Special Weapons... Wait, I take that back, they put Special Weapons down twice: Bobcat Weapons Inc. Mesa Tactical Weapons Training Academy Mesa |
you're kidding right? |
Idiots.
Colt, Bushmaster, and Armalite make more rifles then all those guys put together. |
I currently own a Vector Uzi.
I use to own an American Spirit AR. I have a Cavalry Arms stock set. I have used Cavalry Arms and AZ Expert Arms services. Take that, VPC ! Edited to add... I have used Armscor ammo in the past ! HA ! I got all 3 states covered ! |

All your semi-uzi's are belong to us.... |

My life time goal is now to buy a gun from each and every one of them
While I don't have a Cav Arms weapon, I do have two AZEX assm'd FAL rifles.
VPC needs to kiss the ass of a angry skunk. |

Three-State Region Has Largest Number of "Copycat" Assault Weapon Manufacturers in the United States, With Gunmakers Currently Marketing UZIs, AK-47s, AR-15s, Galils, and Other Assault Weapons Despite 1994 Federal Ban
They make it soud as if it's illegal. Josh Sugarmann, VPC executive director, states, "Gunmakers have cynically eviscerated the 1994 federal assault weapons ban. For the assault weapons ban to work, it must be strengthened. For those who fear that if the ban expires there will be a flood of AK-47s and UZIs on our streets, the sad truth is that we're already drowning." Fuck off Josh. If we are drowning in weapons but crime rates are down why does the ban need to be strenghthened? It's almost as if the number and type of weapons banned has no effect on the crime rate. Who knew? If they want to save live maybe they should work on a vacine for the flu. Did it kill ~38,000 in the US last year? |
proof that we are winning.....
I'd buy a stock set from them if I had a rifle to put it on and could order direct... no retailer I have seen sells the yellow set.
All these "copycat" bullet hoses running amok, and yet these weapons are used, by the Justice Department's own admission, in less than 1% of all crimes involving a gun. Fuck Off, VPC assholes. SG |
The rest of the article sounds like they dont want us to own any semi-auto guns. Well they can go fuck themselves becuase there is something called the 2nd amendment |
Congratulations You Evil Death-Dealing Terrorists!!! * American Spirit Arms, Corp, Scottsdale * Arizona Expert Arms, Gilbert * Bobcat Weapons Inc, Mesa * Cavalry Arms Corp, Mesa * Tactical Weapons Training Academy, Mesa |
Man, reading that VPC shit really nauseats me. They're all talking about how manufacturers 'evicerated' the ban. Hell, it was those gun grabbing fuckers that don't know enough to word the law correctly!
... and of course, we know, they all ignore pertinant facts, such as the CDC and DOJ reports saying the ban had NO affect either way... |
What the ? Good Lord son! |
They are such morons they even put Bobcat Weapons Inc on the list.
As far as I know no one has gotten any of Bobcat Weapons Inc. stuff to work as it was intended to. I guess they hate paper weights too. |
Not CCA!!! Adrenaline_Arms on the EE! |
Yes, but previously mentioned manufacturers are in the UZI Tri/_\ngle! |
Don't they make cigarettes now? |
Out-fuckin'-standing! Check out my new forum title! w00t! Too bad I still can't open carry in an AMC movie theatre, though. |

"For those who fear that if the ban expires there will be a flood of AK-47s and UZIs on our streets, the sad truth is that we're already drowning."
thats why I got this ----> |

addition to the threat assault weapons pose to the general public, they continue to pose a unique threat to law enforcement personnel. The May 2003 Violence Policy Center study "Officer Down"—Assault Weapons and the War on Law Enforcement revealed that, according to Federal Bureau of Investigation data, one in five law enforcement officers (41 of 211) slain in the line of duty from January 1998 through December 2001 were slain with an assault weapon, many of which were "post-ban" models that will remain untouched by a renewal of current law.
Anybody know where they got their stats for this? |
The FBI. But the problem is that the FBI stats don't include which model of rifle an officer was shot with - just the caliber. So they've got a pile of data in front of them identifying the caliber used - they throw out the 30/30's and other obvious hunting rounds and only count calibers that could have been fired through commonly known "AW"'s like, 7.62x39, 7.62x51(.308), .223, and even (get this) 22lr! So they have no real evidence to back up their quote whatsoever. It is pure horseshit. |
So, is the Violence Policy Center admitting that the AWB did absolutely nothing?
Guess it is time the AWB goes away if that's the case. BTW-Post ban rifles are not assault weapons. Assault weapons are banned. When are they gonna get that through their thick skulls. |
AzExArms? Electroman?
Uzi Triangle? Which one of those guys MAKES an Uzi? I thought those were banned under the Import Ban... OH NO! Millions of AW's are going to hit the street in September! Oh wait, they're already here! Oh wait, but where's the bloody streets these things cause? |
Makes you wonder why gun rights advocates are always trying to set the record straight using the truth ... apparently it's much easier to get your message out with blatant lies and distortions. We should start coming up with our own "statistics" like subtracting the number of people killed with guns from the U.S. population and saying 294 million people saved each day because of guns preventing crimes...
I'm assuming it includes suicides and accidental deaths. Some studies include handguns which accept magazines of 11 or more rounds. So if an officer commits suicide with his issue weapon, it's a death by assault weapon. |
