That place in your first link is legit, I used to live in Monroe.
If they can't ship, I run to Madison most months, and Monroe is only about 45 minutes away. I can mail if you need me to, just PM.

If you like Limburger, have you ever tried Widmer's aged brick cheese? It's along the same stink/flavor profile. It makes a good cheese and onion sandwich on rye with mustard as well. https://www.widmerscheese.com/product/foil-pack-half-aged-brick-2-5-lb/ This place is fairly local to me but they sell online.

Baumgartners is one of my most favorite places.
Braunschweiger, limburger, and onions on rye bread along with some of their in house mustard

Bavaria is GTG legit. They only have one brand usually but it's pretty good.
At 83, and with more tastebuds dead than alive, my dad loves it.
Gonna have to let some of my senses die off a little before limburger is my jam.

The only thing I know about limburger I learned from watching the Three Stooges, but here's a free bump.

I remember getting that in the 1980s.
There are a couple high end places near me that carry wrapped limburger cheese with a broad selection of other cheeses. There's also an eastern European market south of my town that carries a brand of limburger spread.
But I had no idea that there were any online sources for it.
