Would eat! Paper Plate would have dressed it right up! I don’t know what you think I make… But as a poor business law student, I cannot afford fancy things like Shiro’s and paper plates. I’m not making retired wood carver/general contractor in in Massachusetts money here… |

Steak and lobster isn't afforded here! Lol!
You know how you end up with 1 million dollars doing wood working? You start out with 2 million! |

Nice ramen! Wife and I went out to the front porch and watched the eclipse. Sucked for us. Didn't even get dark a little.
We were supposed to be 95 totality. Guess we needed to be further west. We did watch it go across but the bottom stayed bright the whole time. |
Yeah, really didn't get that dark here at around 92 totality. Seemed to take the glare off everything. Looked pretty cool through a welding mask, but that was about it.
Another corned beef.
This time slow cooked in the crock pot all day with onions, carrots, mini potatoes and a full bottle of bear. Tasted ok but wasn't as tender and stringy as the last one. Attached File |

Looking out the bay doors was like looking through tinted glass, kinda weird. |

Those are some fat noodles though. 1st time trying it on recommendation of one of wife's coworkers. It had good flavor, but noodle texture was a little spongey. You're supposes remove some water and stir fry it with the sauce. It was still a little soupy maybe. Think Shin is better. |

I'd drink vodka and ginger, but bourbon and ginger is perfectly delicious.
