Of all the days, you posted about tomahawks a few days after we shoot $90 Billion worth of them at Libya.

I have knives but no tomahawks as of yet. They're tougher to carry in my pocket.

Cold Steel has some interesting ones. Oh and SOG too.

... after the Libya jokes

Hawks are fun. Set up a stump target in the yard and start throwin'!

You'll get good at carving handles.

Lots of design possibilities, extremely useful.

There's a few around the house for sure. Maybe even one in the truck. A well placed hawk will leave a mark that won't buff out... eh Q?

This.

I've got a whopping $60 invested in an SOG and a CS.

Not worth snapping a shot.

My two. Cold Steel from Midway for $32.00 Damascus from E-bay paid $120 for the head. E-bay is a good place to look for tomahawks.

No. But I've got one of the ones by benchmade, its pretty nice. I was at an event that had some throwing ones, those were pretty cool. I wouldn't mind getting a couple to play around with.

I had a nice collection of RMJ Forge tactical hawks going but they're just so damn expensive. I ended up selling some and giving others to friends who were deploying.

Track of the Wolf has some.

I picked up a couple cast heads at various black powder events to make to build my own, however haven't gotten to that yet.

Cold Steel is garbage.

Try RMJ Forge/RMJ Tactical.

or American Tomahawk

I would imagine a $500 hawk would be better built than a $30 one.

most of those hawks don't appear to be balanced.

If I'm going to spend $500 on a edged weapon like this it better be balanced perfectly.
