You all missed it.
To reduce paperwork, Amtrak is now using temporary paint to stencil on the intake and exhaust manifolds the names of the passengers on the train. The heat burns the paint off, and the manifolds are clean by the next station, ready for the next trainload. Schumer was speaking literally. |
